Solihull Home Care is a specialist care provider devoted to providing individual care and support packages. We have facilities to support individuals with Dementia, and residential care to others with more complex needs.
We at Solihull Home Care, ensure that everyone is treated as an individual regardless of their circumstances and create a person centred care/support package to meet the needs of our ladies and gentlemens holistically.
We strive to ensure that everyone leads a life that maximises their potential whilst ensuring that this is achieved in a safe, positive and homely environment, often in a residential setting.
Activities
We at Swallows Meadow want our ladies and gentlemen to enjoy life to the fullest possible. We have a team of three staff who organise activities six days a week. With a wide range of fun activities such as trips to the garden centre, afternoon tea and cheese and wine tasting in our Vintage Tea Room, we love to entertain our guests. We also believe that health is very important and as such run fitness and fun classes which helps with confidence and mobility as well as a sense of well being.

We provide care, support and accommodation for a wide range of people including:
- Persons who require nursing
- Personal care,
- Living with dementia,
- Physical disabilities,
- Treatment of disease, disorder or injury,
- Caring for adults over 65 yrs

Animal Therapy

- Animal therapy – donkeys, llamas, reptiles, dogs and chicks
- Themed days – seaside, horse racing
Fetes and Outside Entertainers
- Church service
- Bingo
- Fetes
- Outside Entertainers – ballroom dancers, singers, comedian, and pantomime
Swallows Meadow Court was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council on 10th July 2019.
